SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs:
- In Bogotá: Shipping costs are proportional to weight and destination. These are calculated during the purchasing process.
- Nationwide: Shipping costs are proportional to weight and destination. These are calculated during the purchasing process.
- International Shipping: Shipping costs are proportional to weight and destination. These are calculated during the purchasing process.
- Delivery times may be altered by extraordinary customs incidents.

On special dates and website offers, delivery time may be longer than usual.

Shipping and delivery times:
- Shipments within the national territory
- Shipments to Bogotá are made between 1 and 3 business days.
- Nationwide shipments are made through the courier company Servientrega and their arrival may take 5 to 6 business days.
- Taxes and other charges
In the case of import fees and/or customs procedures, these expenses will be borne by the buyer. Villegas Editores has no control over such expenses, so it is not possible to anticipate their amount. As customs policies vary significantly from country to country, we advise you to contact the relevant customs office to find out the import restrictions that apply to certain products.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Please note that once your order has been dispatched, it is not possible to modify your delivery address.
- If the order is national and you need to change this address — before the shipment has been made —, you must request it to the email comercial.escena@villegaseditores.com as soon as you receive our order confirmation. Please note that this procedure will lengthen the delivery time.
- If the order is international — and has already left our warehouse — you must contact DHL, with the tracking number provided by us, once the package has arrived in the destination country.
Return policy
- In compliance with current regulations, the user has the right to return any book within a period of five business days from the date of receipt. Returned books must be in the same condition in which they were received (with the original shrink wrap and unused). Villegas Editores undertakes to return it within a maximum period of 60 days after receiving the return under the indicated terms.
- If the contents of your order are incorrect or arrive damaged, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping costs. You may also opt for a product replacement, subject to availability. If you received a damaged or defective product, write to comercial.escena@villegaseditores.com, sending an image that shows the defect or fault to process your request.
Please note that some deliveries may take longer than usual, due to restrictions imposed. Our commercial team is available to clarify any questions in this regard.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS IN THE VILLEGAS EDITORS BOOKSTORE
- Present the exchange document that was delivered with the product.
- Request the change within the first 60 calendar days of purchase.
- The item must be in perfect condition.
- Exchanges are only accepted for purchases made at the Villegas Editores Bookstore.
- Items purchased at own points (fairs - events) do not have exchange.
- We do not refund money.
- Items purchased on sale in our Bookstore have no exchange.
- If the product to be exchanged is a book, it must be sealed of origin.
