Colombia, Dreams and Adventures
More than a travel book, it is the testimony of a life dedicated to exploring, understanding, and protecting Colombian territory. The author, a professor, writer, and pioneer in the defense of natural resources, has traveled Colombia's five major regions for decades on demanding, risky, and always transformative expeditions. It gathers 94 beautiful photographs, most of them unpublished, taken in different, remote, and dazzling places in the country, accompanied by intimate texts where the author reflects on nature and the meaning of adventure. Organized into eight chapters that respond more to life experiences than to geographical or landscape categories, it is published in independent Spanish and English versions.
