They and they
On many occasions, people are defined with a single word, based on their personality, their physical appearance, their characteristic features or their lifestyle. In some cases, this name becomes a kind of “label” that highlights a particular aspect. With illustrations and texts filled with humor, this book shows those stereotypes—masculine and feminine—that, out of obsession or nature, we use to define others and even ourselves. In a fun and novel format, on the one hand, we find them: the diva, the hysterical, the wolf, the gossip, the feminist, the prude. When we turn the book, we come across Them: the sexopath, the genius, the athlete, the tyrant, the lizard, the lover. These are some of the characterizations that the reader will be able to enjoy and, perhaps, identify with. Betto is the author of the fun illustrations found in this funny book and who has already published Omelet de humor (2002) and Toro humor (2005) with Villegas Editores.
