Nearly one hundred prints from the rich Eduardo Ospina, SJ collection of antique engravings at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana - which owes its name to the person who acquired them in Europe during the first half of the 20th century - illustrate this book that covers the history of the art from the Italian and Northern European Renaissance, with such famous names as Botticelli, Raphael, Leonardo, van der Weyden and Memling, to the 19th century, represented by Delacroix, Corot and Millet. A special place is occupied in this exhibition by the artists Dürer, van Dyck and Rembrandt, with several examples of their works. The initial essay is by the well-known professor and art critic Germán Rubiano Caballero.
