David Manzur Homage

David Manzur has built, over more than seven decades, one of the most personal and recognizable bodies of work in Colombian art. Horses, figures, armor, still lifes, and spaces charged with mystery reveal a painting where tradition, memory, geometry, and imagination coexist in permanent tension. This new edition traces his evolution and allows us to rediscover the discipline, theatricality, and transformative capacity of an artist who, at nearly 97 years old, continues to work and question each piece. It also includes 15 paintings from his most recent output, created in his residence and studio in Barichara: an exceptional glimpse into the creative present of a master who still “fights with what's to come.”
