This recommendable and documented history represents, in essence, a valuable proposal to look again at the indigenous peoples of the American territory in general and Colombia in particular, as well as its enchanted regions through the due vindication of their identity and the recovery of the honor of their ancestral values.

Interesting historical novel, which tells how the chief Comagre - a last survivor of the great Caná de Chía family - is in charge of fulfilling a trust that his grandmother has entrusted at the time of her death, and whose, under oath, he undertakes to decipher. To do so, the chief dedicates himself to discovering and narrating the history of his people throughout an impressive epic in which, among many other things, he wonders how European annihilation came to his Muisca nation and how they were sown, from then, the seeds of destruction, denial, dishonor, misery and death that have accompanied it.
