A novel, unpublished Luis Caballero, which could also be called Caballero Intimate, this book includes a selection of drawings, engravings, watercolors, tempera paints, charcoals, inks, oils, pencils and mixed media, given in custody to his sister Beatriz by the artist.

Never before published, these works are further proof of his unusual talent and sensitivity and his masterful mastery of techniques. And, although “all of Luis Caballero's painting is erotic,” as his brother Antonio says in the accompanying text, these paintings, in particular, seem to be very closely linked to his personal and private world. To his perception, pleasurable or painful, of love and passion in the context of his homosexual experience, which he turned into a priority and declared theme of his work.
